We provide service from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Monday-Saturday
How Do I Pay?
We provide a bill with a pre-addressed envelope which you can simply write a check, stamp it and mail or you can pay Online.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we do carry Liability Insurance
Do you work through winter?
Yes, even when it snows your dog does its business and so “DOO” we. If it snows more than 2 inches, we will perform services within the next day or so. If we are unable to perform services due to snowfall you will not be billed for that week.
What if it rains?
Yes, we still work in the rain, providing its not lightning or heavy rain fall. If we are unable to clean up on scheduled days we will be back later in the week.
What do you mean by “Quality Service at Affordable Rates”?
Here at Southlake Pooper Scoopers we rely on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, please let us know right away so we can fix it, even if it means we come back and clean the yard again. We feel that are customers are family and are affordable rates beat any other Dog Waste Removal Providers in the area.
Should I unlock gates?
Yes, please keep your gates unlocked. We will not provide service if your gates are locked. If you prefer your gates locked than please leave a key so we can complete your service, we will make sure to close and secure gates when the job is complete.
Do I have to be home when you come?
No, you do not need to be home, and in most cases you can leave your dogs outside. We all love dogs, but if your dog likes to bite we recommend you leave them inside. Safety is a big part of this company.
Do you have contracts?
Yes, our contracts are for Billing and Insurance Purposes Only. You may cancel at anytime. No Long-Term Contracts, No hidden Fees
What If I had a party?
No problem let us know a day in advance when you would like us to come out to service your yard.
Do you have referrals?
Yes! If you told a friend about us and that friend contacted us to start servicing their yard you get a FREE week. So if you refer 12 friends that’s 12 FREE weeks.
